Hi! I'm Morgana. I'm a freelance UX Designer with experience in a variety of sectors including consultancies, the public sector, videogames, and airlines.
My main focus is on interaction design and prototyping. I have experience and interests across the whole range of UX from detailed UIs to user acceptance testing to building coded websites.
I work in London and remotely.
Julius Kuschke
Chief Product Officer, Articy
“Morgana is great at understanding the user’s pain points and analyzing new designs with a user’s mindset. Their creativity enables them to come up with new concepts and to think outside the box. In addition, their fun and positive way were great for the overall team spirit, making it a real pleasure to work with Morgana.”
Jason Theodorou
Lead Content Designer, HMCTS
“Morgana is a self-starter who brings drive, enthusiasm, and expertise to every project. They're able to take on the most complex briefs, and deliver on time and to the highest standards. At HMCTS, they were able to work from limited design artefacts to create a sophisticated end-to-end application prototype that tested well with users.
“Clients value them for their strategic insight, and they are always supportive of their colleagues.”
Jonathan Coulter
Product Owner, HM Revenue & Customs
“I worked with Morgana for a year on a Borders & Trade service at HMRC where they were a great team member with a positive can-do attitude. They applied their design skills to progress both our process flows and prototypes to an extremely high level.
“They were a great communicator both within the delivery team and with the stakeholder group and built up strong rapports with everyone they came across. It was a pleasure working with them and hopefully we cross paths again in future!”
Tim Schuchert
Product Designer, Articy
“I experienced Morgana as a highly motivated designer, willing to dive deep into problems and find the needs and wants of the user and then come up with the best solution in the end. They can clearly present different alternatives to solving a problem and explain advantages and disadvantages of those approaches, so other team members are able to understand their ideas.
“Even in rough times it felt good to have them by my side to rock things together and I believe they will be a great addition to any team.”
Joe Passi
Senior Content Designer, HMRC
“Since joining our team, Morgana has proven to be creative, adaptable and a quick learner. They are easy-going, witty and make clients and colleagues feel at ease. Also comfortable presenting work and ideas to stakeholders and large groups, alike. I would recommend Morgana in any team.”

In my spare time I am co-director of Tarantimprov, the improvised Quentin Tarantino show.
I have been a member of award-winning improv troupes including Hivemind, The Time Travelling Adventures of Baron Munchausen and the Shambles. I also taught improv for a year while living in Germany.
In addition to my articles, I have written nine plays and am drafting a TV pilot. London Falling is a political drama set in a world where all the men are dead.
Here is part of one of the vehicle sketches.
Videogames are a unique design challenge. In my last game jam, I made a Katamari-Damacy-influenced game about making an ever-increasing ball of food.
I can often be found in the gym doing deadlifts and squats.
